I have spoken with Francis Albanese, Course Captain for Sioux Passage. We will be allowing you to keep your distance if you throw O.B. into the Prairie Grass areas of Sioux Passage or Briscoe Woods but you will still receive 1 Penalty Stroke. We feel this will speed play up quite a bit, eliminate the need for Provisional Throws and allow players to focus on their game, not so much on O.B. The Areas are lined with String presently with Flags so they are visible from the Teeboxes.
