How early does this park open? Are the conditions on the roads pretty bad right now? My first time coming up that way and I have almost a 3hr drive. Any other tips about the park /course appreciated. Thank you

I just drove home to lansing from the course at 4:30. The roads were pretty bad but when I looked a couple min ago at 6 and the trucks are out and the roads are getting better. I recommend planning for the worst and hoping the roads are clear in the morning.
