Joe, Fixed tier pricing is how we have run events since 2010. It is our belief that you shouldn't be penalized for wanting to test yourself against players of a higher caliber by paying higher fees. The flat fee pricing allows people to play with people of a higher skill level without having to pay extra. It also allows easy switching day of the event should someone decide they want to play within their skill level or bump up a level for people on the fence.
