Is there anybody who would like to move down to am4 or up to open? There are only 2 am divisions so think of it as A and B am. If you would normally be an am1-2 or upper am3 stay where you are. If you are an inconsistent/average am3 or worse you should move down to am4 Mar 7, 2017
