Since there is a large interest in getting more spots. What is the registered player's response to having 5 somes? I don't want to make this change without hearing from the people that have been sold a tournament with a 72 player cap. The benefit would be a large increase in the payout and friends that couldn't get in can. Downside is longer rounds and more waiting. Ams that would get in past the 72 cap would get a smaller player's package (since I had planned on fewer people). Please respond here or feel free to PM me if you don't want to have your feelings about it heard (If you object, I won't let anyone know). If I open up more spots I would abandon the waitlist and open up a new registration Thursday night at 8pm est. It would be first come first serve.

Thanks to everyone for their thoughts on expanding registration. At this time, it is NOT going to happen. The cap will stay at 72 for each day and the waitlist as it is, is still in effect. As the TD I do think that we could accommodate the extra 18 but I also don't want those that registered on time with the posted cap to have to deal with the longer rounds. I have to respect that. I did get a lot of feed back on both sides of the issue. Next year I will look into seeing what I can do to allow more players in. This is a great problem for me to have!! My next event is the Angry Squirrel at Victory Park in Albion, MI (April 15th & 16th). Please get registered and don't miss that one!!
