Christopher Thomas Feb 27, 2017 Yes, it will be refunded if you compete in the event.
Christopher Thomas Mar 1, 2017 No more waitlist fee, full registration fee and you will be promoted if your spot opens. PDGA guidelines givern all refunds and are posted on the registration page.
