I would prefer to have the women play with the other women and the men play with the men, within their respective divisions. If I only have a few women then I might look into combining in a way. I'd rather see the ladies play with someone new...it allows them to be a bit more at ease with other ladies as well as maybe make a new friend or two to golf with. I've separated in the past 3 years and everyone has enjoyed the set up
