Hi Chris. We have been watching the weather forecast diligently for the past few days to help us plan. Currently the weather front has been moving back in direction as Friday is now clearing up. We're hoping it continues to move in that direction. If it is just raining (no lightning) the event will go on as planned. If there is a lightning delay, we will do our best to get through the first round and crown our champions based on round 1 scores. If it is looking like lightning all day, we will be making a decision Friday afternoon whether to reschedule the event, or refund everybody. We will post about this all over Facebook Friday afternoon to inform everybody as to the decision we made. We hope to be able to run the event as planned since our charities will be present and aim to go home with some food donations for those in need. In summary, please check on Facebook, or here on Friday afternoon for our decision. Hope to see you Saturday!

Hi Zach. Do you know about when on Friday afternoon the decision will be made? I had planned to take a few hours of vacation from work to come over Friday afternoon and camp with my dad who will be driving up Friday morning. Just don’t want to waste some of my vacation time if this tournament gets canceled. Thanks
