Unless I am mistaken, scores become official on PDGA when the event becomes included in the ratings. Assuming the event report was submitted by deadline for inclusion in next ratings update (which I am sure this one was) this event should be final/official next Tuesday (Oct 18th) when the PDGA is scheduled to run the next ratings update.

Scott I am pretty sure you are correct. I do believe that the TD report was submitted to the PDGA. You have to have your report in several weeks before an update which is why it was not in the September one.

The PDGA site has a page for the particular event that now shows "unofficial results". On the events calendar page for Sept. this event does not now have the gold-cup indicating that the event will be included in the next ratings. PDGA recognizes that there is a systems defect where a player may not notice a final report deadline failure until after the ratings are announced.
