I would like to suggest CTPs roughly divided by ability. It would be nice to see a "Rec only" CTP or something like that. The open or advanced guys generally don't throw the discs they win anyway so you could better customize the prizes and the holes for CTP to the divisions. Open guys would be on a long hole and win a confidence bag and rec players could be on a short hole and win some plastic.
Just a thought....
