SPIRIT AWARD

Crystal Wiss....Always has a good DG attitude and loves to converse / strategize / help and learn from other players. Constantly looking to improve all aspects of the game and unequivocally fills a crucial role as first lady to the club. Extra credit for surprise pizza / water / beer parties after some events.

Eric Gyllenskog... Hasbeen the "go to guy" for a dependable / fun / no drama TD or Player for as long as we've all known him. Played a crucial role in the success of the LG this year by heading up the Woodsmansee venue and hosted weekend events. Extra credit for always kicking in extra prizes and brought beer / water to the Waterloo crew when he hosted during TD swap week.

Jenn Woodward... Always fun to play with or against and loves too see good shots and great golf being played by anyone. Has lots of raw potential and will be aiming for a top cash spot next season. Extra credit for being the first person ever to rsvp a spot at the finale just to support the top 16.

Adam Rud... Proud sponsor of our club for the last 3 years and is probably the most fun to play with DG guy you'll ever meet. Is always looking for the more fun line or putt when playing and will go big with no remorse no matter what the outcome. Extra credit for always giving the split to the player when cashing in scrip at his booth... you know what I mean...Adam is the man!


M.I.P. AWARD (Most Improved Player)

Stuart Brandt...has been playing for 1+ years...cashed $90 on the season, 3 highest placing events were 3rd, 3rd, 4th with 1 Ace...finished 13th overall worth $60 and is an "up and coming lefty stud" with lots of shots already in the bag.

Michael Fitzwater...has been playing 1+ years...cashed $60.5 on the season, 3 highest placing events were 3rd, 4th, 5th...finished 12th overall worth $70, has been known to be a CTP hog, also has great arm strength and isn't afraid to go big.

Chris Mundt...has been playing 1+ years...cashed $132.5 on the season, 3 highest placing events were 1st, 1st, 1st...finished 7th overall worth $125, good overall player with lots of strong technique to build on and is one of very few first year players to ever crack the top 8.

Levi Weikle...has been playing 4+ years...cashed $150 on the season, 3 highest placing events were 1st, 1st, 2nd with 1 Ace...finished 5th overall worth $144, this guy loves to compete, has a well rounded backhand / forehand style and is developing a strong short game.

Tim Lewis...has been playing for 2+ years...cashed $143 on the season, 3 highest placing events were 1st, 1st, 2nd with 1 Ace...finished 3rd overall worth $189 , very consistent / smooth style player with strategy always in the game plan and has been working on forehand and close game shots to become a more complete player.

M.V.P. AWARD (Most Valuable Player)

Carl Cleem.... 8 green stars on the season cashing $207 through 28 events... finished 2nd overall worth $214 and holds the Waterloo 20 hole singles record at -11.

Justin "ugh massa" Stinson... 10 green stars on the season cashing $162 through 19 events... finished 6th overall worth $135 with 1 Ace and holds the Woodsmansee 20 hole singles record at - 8.

Kyle Hite... 3 green starts on the season cashing $155 through 23 events... finished 4th overall worth $164 with 1 Ace and holds the mixed doubles Waterloo 20 hole Dubs record at -9.

*Brandon Whitney... 8 green stars on the season cashing $218 through 26 events... finished 1st overall worth $239 with 1 Ace and holds the Waterloo 20 hole Dubs record at -15.
