Hi Brian! The PDGA specifies that competitors must all be given the same use for something like a cart. The course only has room for 38 people to use a cart, which won't end up being enough to accommodate everyone. The bright side is that the course is very walkable, as it's 18 holes installed on a 9 hole ball golf course. The cart issue needs to be looked into more in the future.
