Two rounds I guess the first could be looked at as a qualifier in a way. The second round everyone will be organized within their division based on the score they shoot during round 1. So for example, all the lowest scores get carded up first and then you work up from there.

Dress code for B Tier tournaments is pretty loose, just no tank tops or clothing with a ton of holes or rips. No qualifying rounds, everyone plays 2.
