Grass is long, tee signs inaccurate or non existent, crappy tee pads,

Big poison oak problem, sketchy paths through woods, not worth $6 if traveled alone

Yeah you defiantly have to play it when the grass is cut, its completely different and a lot better. It's honestly a better winter course then summer
