Just some rain. So I'm sure its pretty muddy but I havent walked it in the last few days. No snow though, thats the key.

Not muddy at all! Course is great. The short tee pads are a bit torn up, as most of them are dirt, but there is room to tee behind them if need be. We just got back from playing there today

and as in short pads torn up I mean they are somewhat uneven. But they are dry.
