Good question John. The Waitlist system on DGScene is super easy, so the Waitlist is dynamic, so it will change over time. In order for someone to drop, they contact me (TD), and as soon as I drop them the next Waitlist for that division gets promoted and automatically notifiied they are in. Plus I also call them to confirm, so you will see things change as we get closer. Additionally, as we get closer, I can adjust Division caps depending on Supply & Demand which can also affect Waitlist. Life happens.
