OB at River Bends is the river, the bike path, the parking lot, and the pavilions. In between holes 3 - 5 and 6 - 7 is not going to be considered OB. Now, you can lose a disc in the water in those spots and even on the back holes like to the left of 21 or to the right of 22, both could be in water. You could even throw in the water behind basket 22 or off of the park property. Lost discs are of course a penalty. I am not going to place a boundary behind basket 22 outlining where the park property ends and private property begins. If someone throws one that far away from the basket, they would almost deserve a penalty, IMO :-D !
