Don't Bust Peoples Balls for Cancelling. Matt knows there are issues, that's why he's offering refunds. If people don't feel comfortable not knowing the format (they have that right) they should be able to back out, yet still be told we appreciated their attempt, and welcome them back for the next Fitz tourney.
