PDGA Sanctioning - All VBBs in 2016 will be PDGA Sanctioned (unless there is a compelling reason for them to not be). Vibram will be paying the PDGA Sanctioning fees. Additionally, Vibram will cover all of the player fees, whether players are PDGA members or not.

Official PDGA Sanctioning should be done and included on the PDGA Events list by the end of March. It will be a C-Tier Event, and there is no $10 charge for non-PDGA members.
