No, it is for all. There will be 3 fields- Open (for Pro/Advanced players or those who always shoot under par average courses), Intermediate (for those who normally play Intermediate and Rec, normally shoot close to par), and Novice (for those who haven't competed, or always shoot over par at most every course.
