City is slowly moving toward the start of a Master Plan phase to add a new parking lot and remove gravel road around soccer fields. Walking trails will be added along the back side of the course at a later phase. Also the County will be doing water-runoff control work to include bio-retention "swells" at key run-off areas. Holes 2,3 will be impacted. #18 will be redesigned. Work to start late winter - spring.
