Is this a no-payout tournament with a lot of CTPs and all of the entry fees are going to the charity? If not, what does, "ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE SUSAN G. KOMEN 'RALLY FOR THE CURE'" mean?

Are the "pros" playing 12/12 like it says in the About section or 10/10/4 like Julie says in the post below?
