Hi Jim! A non-PDGA sanctioned tournament is a great first tourney! It's a lot more relaxed environment where you can learn the ropes of tournament play. All you need to bring are yourselves, a flashlight (UV flashlights are AWESOME), some discs, and a desire to have some fun playing the great game of disc golf! Regarding non-glow discs, you can find glow-in-the-dark Duck brand tape that you can stick to your discs. Don't worry if you don't have any, there are quite a few of us that have plenty and are willing to share. Feel free to ask all the questions that you can think of. I hope to see you there!!!
