Brian if you are going to be in the park after dark you will need to do 2 things:
1. Submit a group/event user form to the park district for approval here is the link:

2. Take the approved form to the Champion Police Department to notify them you will be in there after dark. I know Bill Flynn has done this a lot over the years so please contact him on how he has done that in the past.
