If anyone actually reads this, I figured something out and the leader board correctly lists the order of who is each place, according to the rules we agreed on; AKA raw score, you drop your two worst weeks, and, if you miss more, you get the worst score of that week. As it stands, there are no make-ups allowed. Just so we're clear, your "tag" for the week is your standing as of that week. If you have tag 6, you are sixth overall for all the weeks combined (minus the two you drop.)
