There is a player pack for amateurs. You are required to be able to use Sign Language since the entire event is designed for Deaf competitors with sign language as the primary form of communication.

are you sure about the sign language? I don't see that anywhere else and at the IDGC Amateur Champs a few months ago, some of the deaf competitors encouraged me to come.
