No. The disc golf course is it the1st road on your right as you enter the park . I take it you've never played here before ?

To me, by the map, it looks like I need to use the entrance into the park which is off Kinsman Red, ...

It looks like that street takes a left and ends up at a parking lot with a building of some sort on the West side. Is this the correct place?

don't take the left towards the building. the parking lot ends right after that road and that's where the course is. you can't miss it. otherwise, you will be at the maintenance building.
