I feel as if the only reason you are complaining is that you shot 13 down the second round.
Yes it had not rained when the call was made. i have talked with alot of the people, most had 5 or so holes to go
if he had delayed 10 min on making the call then it would have been the same result. sorry that the call did not suite you the way that you see fit.
