instead of banning those who don't pre-register, why not ban those who constantly talk loudly during other players' throws and screw up several people several times a round??
just bustin your balls bruce, but there really is nothing more frustrating than someone being intermittently loud during your throw and clearly messing up your shot. please be careful to not do that this time!
