So I have some good news and interesting news. Good news is we have 20 people pre-registered for this fun tournament with one of the largest Junior division I've seen.
Interesting news is that the Sublimity Park coordinator just called me and mistakenly double booked our event with a huge easter egg hunt. BUT...I got in contact with the Stayton Chief of Police, City of Stayton and Chamber of Commerce directors and WE CAN run the tournament at Pioneer Park only 5 minutes away!! It is a little bit smaller of a course and there will be other things going on as they do not rent out the park but they are willing to let us be there! If you choose not to play anymore in the tournament and want to get a refund, I can only refund what I got which is your tournament fees, not the Disc Golf Scene transaction (which is in your registration guidelines and contract).
