Just an FYI...we will be playing the normal 20 holes layout utilizing all the concrete tees. Instead of making the holes shorter to increase the birdie chances, I will be increasing the pars on holes 12-18 and hole A to par 4s, which should help increase the birdie chances for players of all skill levels. This is generally on the holes that are over 300 feet. I was considering shorter holes, but with the likelihood of a lot of mud and sloppy conditions, i think concrete is the way to go. Any comments, questions, or suggestions, please let me know.
