I am interested in registering just to get two WBDGW discs and tees. The confusion is, Chadwick, that WBDGW has never been a tournament, or had classes for play. It is just not a tournament. Originally, the 4 sites/ clubs with the most registered and/or photographed participants won 9 Mach IV baskets from the organizers nationally. That is how Timber Park in Estacada, OR (not a host this year!?) got half if its original baskets.
This is not a big problem for me, I just want to play and am glad you are willing to host WBDGW. If others are confused, it may result in a low turnout. I am pretty sure the year Timber Park won, the two day attendance was between 1,500 and 2,000. Leverich is not ready for this type of event. Would Leverich expand it's size to 18 holes if it won basket. That is frequently the goal of WBDGM, to expand courses and course sizes. Whatever. I have been to WBDGW each year for 18 of the 20 years of its existence. I collect the discs, so I will probably just pick up the stuff if I register with you and not play if it is too crowded. Can you be reached by phone. How will I get the stuff if I late register?
