Holes 11-18 are reasonably well marked and the holes have posts with bright flags where the baskets will be placed. The chain baskets will likely be put out early the morning of the tournament. Sorry. There are detailed maps available on the information board so if you make it to the course for a practice round you can get a good feel for the holes. This is the main reason for the tourney - we want to have permanent baskets on all 18 holes ASAP.
