I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to all that responded to my request for the letter to The Friend's of Bay City State Recreation Area. I expected the best and was surprised at even better results. No matter what anyone says, you all ROCK ! I expect that very soon the Friend's will be having a meeting where they will need to see faces and get opinions from the local disc golf community, especially Bay City and surrounding players. MY opinion is that some type of course will be installed and that within two years, all plans should be approved, finalized and if funding happens, the course can and will be built. The Michigan DNR did a survey and published a report back in November of 2014 and disc golf is on the agenda for Bay City State Recreation Area.
