my 1st attempt didnt result in a waitlist number my second attempt was successful and I am now #28 on the waitlist based on last years waitlist clearing what are my chances? I booked off vacation for th event and will have to change my destination if I don't get in. When would I know if I clear the waitlist so I can make travel arrangements
