It's just the way you sign up. Because the tourney is full anyone who pays now isn't jumping the line ahead of someone who hasn't but has already signed up

if your in and the event is full then you pay, it puts your paid entry on the list cause the event is considered full and the site does not recognize what you're doing.. all fixed, you're good
