The original idea was that you can ONLY play in the division that you won in a Mi tournament this year. That is the reason all the divisions are the same price. Also a way to stop sandbagging. That is also a reason it was not PDGA sanctioned at first. I dont think players should be allowed to move up and play in a division they didnt win. You cant bag all year long in am 3 then decide to step up to am 2 or 1 for this one. Now that is a PDGA B tier things may have changed. But I hope players will honor the original idea..You have to have WON your division you register for in the TOC!

True but we can at least keep it as close to original idea as possible. The lower ams and smaller divisions may need some leeway. But I just dont like the idea of ppl competing in a Tournament of Champions in a division they didnt win... against players who actually DID win in that division somewhere this year.
