That's pretty sad :-( It was always a nice little course (way better than Knollwood imo) to get a quick round in.

Larry L.! Any thoughts/ideas on a new location for those baskets? (2nd 18 at Oshtemo? New course at Prairie View, Markin Glenn county parks?) I know, it may be too soon, but I'm one of those guys who likes to turn a bad situation into a good one!

Take out that failing red arrow golf course and use some of mayors riverfront park, like behind the stadium. could put in a sweet beginners course there.

It's being run by a group of Volunteers now...not making money, but not losing it either...

But I do agree...I suggested it to them when they opened up comments a few years back on what to do with the failing course. There's plenty of space behind the Baseball field (it's even a park) and that road could easily be a "Play 9 on this side, Play 9 on the other"

exactly. i already go behind the baseball feild to practice midrange shooting. thats essentially what airzoo was. maybe 1 day!
