Definitely still happening. Sorry for the recent lack of response/update.
The sanctioning agreement was sent in the Monday (9/2) for this event so I'm not sure why it is not on the list of events.
Entry fees will be lowered 5.00 for every division for this event.
Pizza lunch will be provided to players.
