I thought it was 7.5 points per player, for both Pro and Am1. However the results from last year tell a different story. Here are two links. One is the PDGA tour standards with the pointing system http://www.pdga.com/tour/standards The second is last years results with the points http://www.pdga.com/tournament_results/79816 Best I can tell, 8 points for last and it works up from there. If anyone has some info to help clarify this, it will be much appreciated.
