I know I said otherwise to you Kong, however, much thought later and the answer is... no you do not win the other tag if a higher tag beats a lower tag in match play. tags are seedings, your seeding does not change in the middle of a tournament... you remain the "underdog" and must work even harder to earn the Coveted #1 tag at the end of the day. That being said, tags will not be reissued after first round play, no matter the format.
