In an effort to grow our club we have been trying to host events with other clubs within our region. To do this, we need to know what members we can definitely count on to be at these events. I would consider these people our "active" members. If you would like to always be considered for these events, please let me know ([email redacted]). The events will still be posted as normal, but your spot will not be held unless you are an "active" member. As always we want everyone to play at every event, but in an attempt to plan these events, we need to know a baseline of people that we know will be there. I realize that not everyone can always attend the events, but we need to know who our dedicated/reliable members are. Let me know if you would like to be considered as an "active" member.
