OK everyone, I know this is going to be repeated many times after today but until everyone is aware of the change, we may as well let the discussion begin. After the Sunnybrook Spring Fling was over we relocated basket #9 to the west side of the creek bed on fairway #18. What does this mean? Basket #18 is the new location for Hole #9. We moved the flags for tee box #18 south along the fence to make a new fairway for hole #18. In the fall we will construct a higher hill and mount basket #18 in the ground and remove the tree stump. It was raining too hard for me to roll the new hole lengths after the tournament ended but I will get out there this week and get new distances. I believe these changes will now make the course over 12,000 feet as well as fix the bottleneck issues. Oh yea, as if Hole #9 (850') wasn't long enough, the new location is a little longer AND you have to contend with the bush to the side of the stump the basket sits on. Yea, good luck with that!
