If people bring canned goods they will receive mulligans.
Bring 5 canned goods per mulligan. Max 1 per round.
Thus if someone brings 10 canned goods, they get 2 paper tickets that say "chuck d mulligan" and "picnic mulligan". right before they take a mulligan during the round, they pull out the slip and tear it in half in front of the group.
