Hello DFOKers! Here's a couple announcements / updates regarding a few DFOK organizational items that are currently in the works.
WORK DAY
At the April 5th DFOK Meeting, the need of a Tuttle Creek course work day was discussed in great detail. It was decided that we should pull together and do things such as spread wood chips, repair baskets, reclaim/install alternate pin placements, and address other minor issues PRIOR to the upcoming Little Apple Open.
The group decided to have the TUTTLE CREEK WORK DAY on SATURDAY, MAY 5th.

MEETING NOTES
Yes, someone was kind enough to take notes (some would call minutes) of the items discussed in the meeting. We are in the process of setting up a web site that will be able to display our meeting notes & agendas in chronological order. In the mean time, I will try to post them on this site.
SCOREPOINTE CAMPAIGN
If you've played in a few disc golf tournaments, you've no doubt noticed & benefited from the use of a Score Pointe scorecard board. (see link below if you're not sure what one is). Considering how much the sport of disc golf has grown in DFOK country, it seems to be the time to purchase one of these items for our regular use.

How do we pay for it? We're now "passing the hat" to raise the required funds ($85) to purchase one (discounted by Dennis at DU).
