Congratulations to Mike Medlock! The 2011 Next Adventure Amateur CHAMPION! Mike shot a -10 at Pier Park for a 1038 rated second round! Yeah Baby! He also played like a real pro during the insane safari 9 to hold on to the Championship. Please call Mike "Champ" next time you see him! Because thats what he is! On, and off the course!
Congratulations to Andrew Nava! the 2011 Next Adventure Intermediate CHAMPION! Andrew shot a personal best -8 in his first round for a 1018 rating. Awesome!
Right behind Andrew was Frankie Baltierrez! Frankie shot PB's all weekend and jumped into 2nd place after the final round, holding off Eric "JOJO" Johanson who took 3rd. All three got Sweet Rick Jones trophies from Disc Golf Creations!
Congratulations to Ward Stroud! Ward played solid all weekend and held on to Third place in Advanced GM's. Ward has either won or placed in his last 4 tournaments!
AND... Congratulations to all the DGOD! players who cashed: Xander Waibel, Danny B Jr, Mat Owens, Luis Nava, Kyle Lorts, and our dear friend Tom "TD" Deen! Tom had a great PB round on saturday and a solid round on sunday(PB?). He held on to 6th place and the final cash in ADV GMs! Way to go buddy!
