The official grand opening of Deerfield park will take place next Wednesday, October 7th at 5:30 pm at Fussman Pavilion. I believe that some sort of food will be provided and maybe a little doubles will take place as well. Alt tee pads have been marked and may be in by then as well. We had a blast playing them the other day. They are marked with fluorescent paint. Anyway, hope to see you all there next week. Also, there is a draw doubles tournament this weekend at Deerfield benefiting the Midland/Isabella Youth Opportunity Initiative. $5 to play, prizes, and ctp challenge. Registration starts at 1 pm. 2 PM TEE OFF!
