For the third week in a row we had a team that toyed with a perfect round. This time it was Matthew Hill and Xander Waibel. They didn't take home the Next Adventure Perfect Round Bounty, but they were happy to take the win with -17.

Kevin Brito grabbed the $104 ace pot with a shot on hole 5.
The Next Adventure Random Ace of the night was hole 3.
The Rainy Day Games Secret Score was -3 and went unclaimed this week.

Brody Cannon was CTP on hole 1 and won a Star FL donated by Rainy Day Games.
Nick Marshall was CTP on hole 8 and won a Pro Katana and Rainy Day gift card donated by J-man Jensen.

It's hard to believe that the season is winding down. Only two more weeks of the regular season, which means it's time to keep an eye on the leaderboard. The top three points leaders will play off for the right to take home a brand new Bentley Basket. Luis Nava seems to have a lock on first with 244 points and Nick Marshall is in second with 236, but third place is going to be a dogfight with Andrew Nava (225), Xander Waibel (223), Chris Kuhlman (222), and Craig Falkowski (219) all hoping to claim their spot in the top 3. Keep an eye on Brody Cannon - with only 8 weeks under his belt and 184 points he could make a charge with a couple of strong finishes.

The other race to keep an eye on is for the playoffs. As it stands today, we have 177 players who have played at least once this season. We take the top 10% (rounded down to allow for an even number of players), so that means the playoff cut line is 16 players. With two weeks left, there is an excellent chance that number will move to 18. That puts Kevin Brito on the bubble with 180 points and Roy Black (179) and Eric Holman (172) right on his heels.

Don't forget - everyone is eligible to play in the final week. We will run two pools; one for playoff teams and one for everyone else.

Thanks to our great sponsors for week 16: Rainy Day Games, Next Adventure, Play It Again Sports, Bentley Baskets, Harvest Community Church, Jeff Larson, and J-Man. See you next week.
