Joe i can guarantee you that AM3, AM4, Jr's, & AM Women will play all shorts both rounds. Should be 2 rounds of 24 holes.
Its the other divisions that have to deal with what tees. PROS & AM1's SHOULD BE longs all day, no championship black just longs.
AM2, MM1 should be short monster and maybe long original but will probably be short on both courses.
