Had a good time... But here's my problem, a player shows up late for second round, misses the first hole then plays on the wrong card but "does not get any strokes because he shot such a good round" and finished third, but a guy who shows up two holes late on the right card takes sevens on them and has no chance of cashing. Where is the logic in these decisions? Please advise
